Dr Joyce N Tamale

Joyce is a strategic Leader, financial management Professional and a Sustainability expert, committed to changing lives of people through social enterprises that touch lives within Africa and Globally. She is a passionate Social Entrepreneur, and a woman activist, with over 20 years’ experience working in the private and social sector. Joyce is currently the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Capital Solutions Ltd a Social enterprise which has transformed thousands of social enterprises in Africa to become sustainable. Joyce has previously served as the Managing Director (MD) & Director Finance & Investments with the Uganda Health Marketing Group (UHMG) for 10 years. Prior to UHMG, Joyce worked with the Eastern African Sub-Regional Support Initiative for the Advancement of Women (EASSI), Save the Children, and Price water house Coopers (PwC).
