Dr Joyce N Tamale (FCCA, PhD)

Joyce is the Co-Founder and CEO of Capital Solutions Ltd. She is a passionate and strategic leader with 20 years’ working experience in the Private and Social sector. A Professional Accountant, Sustainability Expert and a Strategist with wide experience running sustainable businesses in Africa.  She previously served as a Managing Director of the Uganda Health Marketing Group (UHMG)/. Joyce has served several boards of Directors: she is Chairperson Emeritus of the Board of Forum for women in Democracy, the current Vice Chairperson of the Uganda Reinsurance (UgandaRe), serves as the Treasurer of the global Board of Humentum USA, Chaired the Board of the Institute for Social Transformation (IST) and the ACCA Members network panel.

Joyce is a Fellow and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK, she holds a Master’s in Public Health from John Hopkins University Baltimore USA, a Master’s in Business Administration from ESAMI, a Doctorate Degree from the Swiss School of Business Management (SSBM) Geneva and BCOM from Makerere University Kampala.
